What if my subscription box never arrived?

Please contact our very friendly Customer Care Team at info@lovemegifts.co.za. Please take note that there will be a R110 (ZAR) re-postage fee if the following applies:
● The address was been entered incorrectly
● The address was not updated before our shipment list was collected
● The Love Me Box was returned after numerous attempts to deliver by the courier.
We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours.

Can I add items to my order that don’t form part of the subscription box?

Yes –  Simply select the item from our online store and add to cart, you will need to pay for this before your box order can be processed. These items will be added to your box as a single delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Love Me Subscription boxes and online store purchases are only available in South Africa.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your Love Me order has left, our courier dispatch team will send you an email so you can track your order right to your door! We partner with the Courier Guy to get your box of self-care delivered to your door!

How much does delivery cost?

Standard shipping costs are R110.00 (standard delivery time is 3-5 working days)

Returns Policy

We are sure that you will love our products, however, if you do want to return them because you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us on 031 4677036 or e-mail us at admin@lovemegifts.co.za for assistance.

Returns- Defective items

In the unlikely event that any of the products delivered to you are defective, please contact us and provide images of the defective item/s so as to allow us to inspect the products to determine whether they are indeed defective, or whether any damage has been caused by you or by wear and tear. We reserve the right to inspect the products to determine whether it is defective or not. Love Me Gifts is not responsible for any damage to products caused by wear and tear, your error, your failure to follow instructions for safe use, or any adjustments other than instructed or additions made to the products once they are in your control.

If your item is found to be defective, we will arrange a collection of the package with couriers, please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is given through to the couriers on the set collection date. If we do not receive the package, because you did not provide it to the courier as required, you will be liable for payment of the courier fees and we will not be able to process any refund.

Our Quality Control Team will notify you and you may choose to receive a refund of the purchase price or a replacement product. Any refund or replacement product will be paid or delivered to you 15 business days after you have confirmed your preference with our Quality Control Team.

Criteria for returning an item:
1. The item is in an unused condition
2. The item being returned qualifies for a return
3. The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Nail products, sale items or gift cards.

Returns- Non-Defective items

Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer purchase price refunds. In order to obtain a product exchange or credit, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Love Me Gifts within 21 (Working) days of the product(s) being delivered. You will be responsible for the cost of the courier fee to return the goods.

Please retain the product(s)’ original packaging and do not wear the product. Please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.

If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please email admin@lovemegifts.co.za to notify, so that we can resolve this matter as soon as possible, by arranging to collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

What do I do if one of the products is missing or arrives broken?

On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or a product is missing, please send an email to our Customer Care Team at info@lovemegifts.co.za  and they will happily assist you. If you can, please take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent.


What are my payment options?

Love Me offers delivery to your home or office anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery options & estimated date will be presented to you in checkout based on your delivery address.

Standard delivery- R110
Main Centre: 2 to 4 working days
Regional: 2 to 6 working days
Remote: 3 to 10 working days

You will be prompted to make payment by the following method:

  • Credit/debit card,
  • Instant EFT,
  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
How do I change my payment method/details?

If you need to change your payment method, this can be done within your account on the Love Me website. Simply log in to your account and follow the below

  1. Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab
    2. Click the gear icon next to your subscription status and select ‘Update Payment’
    3. Change your payment details and click ‘Update Payment’.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be requested via email to cancellations@lovemegifts.co.za

This Agreement will start on the day of first payment and, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue for the Initial Period. After the Initial Period this Agreement will automatically continue on a month to month basis subject to any changes which we have notified you of unless you or Love Me Gifts terminate it on at least 20 (twenty) business days written notice.

Either party may terminate this Agreement during the Renewal Period by providing at least 20 (twenty) business days’ notice to the other party in writing. If you do choose to terminate this Agreement before the subscription term is up, you will be subject to payment of a reasonable premature cancellation charge, determined by Love Me Gifts, and you will have to pay all outstanding amounts in respect of the Services and/or Apparatus related to the Services.

A reasonable premature cancellation charge for the purposes of this clause shall mean 65% of the balance of your contract term. The balance of your contract is your monthly subscription cost multiplied by the remaining months of your contract. Any amounts outstanding to Love Me Gifts will also be added to the cancellation cost.
